siro copmact spinning is a new spinning process that integrates siro spinning and compact spinning technologies. Through the synergistic effect of double roving feeding and mesh ring aggregation device, the fibers are arranged tightly and the hairiness is significantly reduced, effectively improving yarn strength and fabric quality. This process can produce 16100 high count yarns, which are widely used in knitted clothing, home textile products and other fields. The finished products have the characteristics of tight structure, uniform stripes, and minimal harmful fuzz above 3mm. In technical practice, environmentally friendly raw materials such as bamboo fiber and regenerated cellulose fiber are used, combined with recycling processes to reduce carbon emissions, and are suitable for various fiber combinations such as polyester cotton blends and silk blends. As of 2023, the annual production scale has reached over 8000 tons and has passed the Swiss Uster instrument quality monitoring and international recycling declaration standard certification.

Technical principles
siro compact spinning feeds two coarse yarns in parallel onto a tight spinning machine, and after stretching, the fibers are gathered by a mesh ring. The fibers are compressed by a negative pressure device, and the aggregation and siro spinning are simultaneously completed by twisting the strands. This process increases the number of fibers in a single yarn cross-section by 20% -30%, with tightly arranged fibers and strong adhesion, achieving a reduction of over 70% in hairiness and a 15% -20% increase in single yarn strength.
