Most bedding buyers are familiar with standard HCS Hollow Conjugated Siliconized fiber for filling. Today we introduce our newly developed CloudSilk Superfine HCS fiber, an upgraded grade designed for customers chasing ultra-smooth, fluffy and bright-white filling material.

CloudSilk HCS is a superfine 3D hollow fiber. It is a little coarser than standard 0.5D, and many suppliers also label this grade as 0.5D on the market. In practical end use, there is barely any difference in hand feel. It features silky touch, outstanding loft, brilliant raw white colour and ultra-soft performance, specially developed for premium pillows and quilts.

Like regular HCS fiber, CloudSilk superfine HCS has permanent 3D crimp, good spring back and anti-clumping siliconised finish. It works great as synthetic down replacement, suitable for both knitting and weaving bedding finished goods.

We supply both regular HCS (7D /15D, 32mm /64mm) and this new CloudSilk superfine HCS. Each shipment comes with COA certificate to show denier, oil content, crimp rate and whiteness data.
