HCS Hollow Conjugated Siliconised Fibre: Preferred Stuffing Material for Pillow & Duvet Makers in Asia market

Hollow Conjugated Siliconised Fibre, widely known as HCS fibre, remains the dominant raw material for bedding manufacturers across Bangladesh and Pakistan. As local pillow, duvet and cushion factories expand export orders, demand for consistent, bright white, resilient HCS fibre keeps rising steadily.

HCS fibre features a unique 3D crimped hollow structure. The hollow core locks air for warmth, while siliconised treatment delivers smooth touch, anti-clumping performance and excellent recovery after compression. Common specifications include 15D 64mm and 15D 32mm raw white grade, both widely adopted by local spinning and bedding units.

Compared with solid polyester staple fibre, HCS fibre brings higher loft at lower weight. It is hypoallergenic, easy to wash and much cheaper than natural down, which makes it the best down alternative stuffing. Many manufacturers also source semi-virgin HCS for cost optimisation.

Our factory supplies standard HCS fibre as well as the new superfine CloudSilk HCS grade. CloudSilk HCS is slightly thicker than standard 0.5D, silky, extra fluffy and brilliant white, ideal for premium pillow and quilt filling. We can provide COA for every shipment and support FOB / CIF terms for South Asian buyers.

If you are sourcing reliable HCS fibre with stable denier and colour, welcome to send your specification and request samples.
