open end yarn is a new spinning technology that uses airflow to condense and twist fibers into yarn in a high-speed spinning cup. The centrifugal effect generated by this pushes the air inside the cup outward; According to the principle of fluid pressure, cotton fibers enter the air flow cup and form a fiber flow, continuously moving along the inner wall of the cup. At this point, there is a yarn head outside the cup that leads out the fibers on the inner wall of the cup and connects them together. In addition, the cup rotates at high speed with the yarn tail, creating a drilling effect. It is like feeding cotton fibers while adding yarn to knead and connect them to the fibers on the inner wall of the cup. Under the tension of the yarn drum, the yarn is stretched continuously, completing the process of air spinning.
