Our Team Attends Textile Exhibition to Showcase HCS and HCNS Filling Fiber

Our company recently participated in an international textile exhibition to display our premium HCS and HCNS filling fiber, attracting many visitors from South America, Vietnam, Egypt and other overseas markets. Many importers and filling converters stopped at our booth to learn about the denier range, silicon level, lead time and pricing of our HCS and HCNS.

Our HCS — Hollow Conjugated Siliconized polyester staple fiber — is manufactured with a controlled silicon finish on hollow conjugated fibers. Unlike non-siliconized filling, HCS has a silky hand feel and excellent slip, which is why HCS is used for pillows, cushions and stuffed toys. Our HCNS — Hollow Conjugated Non-Siliconized polyester staple fiber — is the dry version, commonly known as HC in the trade. Buyers tested samples of our HCS and HCNS and were impressed by the uniform hollow structure and stable crimp of both HCS and HCNS.

During the exhibition, our team explained the production advantages of HCS and HCNS. The hollow cross-section gives HCS and HCNS light weight and high loft. The silicon treatment on HCS gives soft, long-lasting filling performance, while the dry finish of HCNS supports easy carding and needle-punching. Customers from South America, Vietnam and Egypt expressed strong interest in placing trial orders for our HCS and HCNS, and many requested COA sheets and sample bags for internal testing.

We maintain a strict quality control system for every batch of HCS and HCNS. Our production line can handle bulk container orders of HCS and HCNS while keeping silicon level and shade consistent. After the exhibition, we will follow up with all interested clients and arrange sample shipments of HCS and HCNS. We will continue investing in technical upgrades for HCS and HCNS, and strive to supply consistent, high-quality HCS and HCNS to filling partners in South America, Vietnam, Egypt and worldwide.
