Company Expands HCS and HCNS Production Lines to Serve Global Filling Fiber Markets
Our textile fiber manufacturing firm has officially expanded its annual production capacity for HCS (Hollow Conjugated Siliconized polyester staple fiber) and HCNS (Hollow Conjugated Non-Siliconized PSF), responding to fast-growing overseas demand for high-grade filling fiber. The upgraded workshop will significantly increase output of both HCS and HCNS, enabling us to deliver stable shipments to buyers from South America, Vietnam, Egypt and Southeast Asia.
HCS, the widely used abbreviation for Hollow Conjugated Siliconized polyester staple fiber, is produced with silicon finish on the fiber surface. HCS offers a silky, slippery hand feel and excellent resilience, which is why HCS has long been the preferred filling material for pillows, sofas, cushions and stuffed toys. In contrast, HCNS — commonly shortened as HC in the trade — is Hollow Conjugated Non-Siliconized dry fiber. HCNS feels dry and fluffy, and is the standard choice for wadding, spray-bonded cotton, nonwovens and quilt batting.
Our technical team strictly controls silicon dosage on every HCS batch. Too much silicon makes HCS too slippery; too little silicon makes HCS stiff. We also keep careful cross-sections on every hollow conjugated fiber, because the hollow structure is what gives HCS and HCNS their light weight and high loft. Each lot of HCS and HCNS is tested for crimp, residual silicon content and fill power before shipment.
Many customers in South America and Vietnam now prefer to mix HCS and HCNS to balance softness and bulk. With the new lines online, we can offer both HCS and HCNS in 7D, 15D and denier ranges commonly used for filling. Our sales and logistics teams are ready to support inquiries from South America, Vietnam and Egypt, providing full COA documents and flexible container loading schedules. We believe that consistent HCS and HCNS quality will remain our core competitive advantage.
